These terms cover the Franki app. They're kept short and plain. By using Franki, you agree to them.

Who makes Franki
Franki is made by Devaprasad T P, called “the developer” here.
Using the app
Franki is free to download and use. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps (the EULA) applies to the app.
Acceptable use
- Only add or upload material you have the right to use.
- Don't use Franki to break the law or anyone's rights.
Check your cards
Cards made by AI can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them.
No warranty
Franki is provided as it is, without any promise that they'll always be available, free of errors or right for your purpose. As far as the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law that can't be taken away.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Using Franki after that means you accept the new terms.
